It is not hereditary.<\/li><li>Most cases of Alzheimer\u2019s disease are sporadic.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>What is the risk factors of Alzheimer&#8217;s disease?<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Physical inactivity<\/li><li>Smoking<\/li><li>Obesity<\/li><li>High blood pressure<\/li><li>Diabetes, high cholesterol<\/li><li>Depression<\/li><li>Air pollution<\/li><li>Less education<\/li><li>Excessive alcohol consumption<\/li><li>Social Isolation<\/li><li>Hearing\/vision impairment<\/li><li>Low socioeconomic status<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>What are the Warnings signs of Alzheimer\u2019s?<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Memory loss that affects day-to-day activities<\/li><li>Challenges with performing familiar tasks<\/li><li>Confusion about time and space<\/li><li>Challenges with language<\/li><li>Challenges with abstract thinking<\/li><li>Misplacing items<\/li><li>Changes in mood or behavior<\/li><li>Changes in judgment<\/li><li>Loss of initiative<\/li><li>Changes to personality<\/li><li>Can not manage finances<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>How is conditions diagnosed?<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Your doctor will ask the following.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Laboratory tests( Biomarkers in blood and CSF)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Brain imaging: CT scan, MRI, PET<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Mental &amp; Behavioral Assessment<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Can Alzheimer\u2019s diseases be cured?<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Alzheimer\u2019s disease currently cannot be cured.
